Visit a Place and Don't Share on social media, Eat Healthy, give up things that make you feel sad, indulge in kind acts, engage in positive and motivational speaking, quit alcohol and smoking, get proper sleep every night, Remove the clutter from your room, write down good thoughts every night and spend some quality time with family.
